Product Description:
Garlic has long been consumed by human worldwide. Only modern studies have revealed its many health benefits including the maintenance of cardiovascular and heart health and the reduction of cholesterol levels.However, you may not know that garlic's benefits are most lost in our normal way of preparation.
Research on garlic showed the garlic ingredients responsible for its health benefits are allicin. However, allicin is found only in very small amounts in fresh garlic cloves. When garlic is crushed in food preparation and exposed to water, much more allicin is produced by an enzyme in garlic that converts alliin to allicin and gives the odor. Allicin is unfortunately very short lived and quickly degraded.
Only the specially made garlic extract can give all the health benefits.


Product Advantage:

Original garlic extract, and odorless garlic extract.
Odorless garlic extract refers to the removal of the taste of garlic.
1. Sulfur-containing compounds alliin and cycloalliin have antibacterial, anti hepatotoxic, and anti aging effects. They have enhanced fibrinolytic enzyme activity, have no stable odor, and are suitable for clinical use.
2. Garlic essential oil (also known as garlic essential oil) is about 0.2%, composed of more than 20 thioether compounds. Allicin is the main component of the volatile oil, with strong antibacterial activity, but its chemical properties are unstable. Allitricli accounts for about 40% of garlic oil, has stable properties and can be synthesized. Methylallyl trisulfide (MATS) accounts for 4% to 10% of garlic oil and can inhibit platelet aggregation. Ajoene is a mild antithrombotic agent.
3.Allicin: Extremely unstable in nature, it quickly decomposes into allicin and allyl methyl disulfides and trisulfides when placed or exposed to external conditions. Allicin is an important ingredient with a wide range of pharmacological effects, with the functions of activating cells, promoting energy production, increasing antibacterial and antiviral capabilities, accelerating metabolism, and alleviating fatigue. Allicin can combine with other substances (sugars, lipids, proteins, etc.) to produce complex effects, as well as expand blood vessels and improve blood circulation.
