Hesperidin
Hesperidin, also known as dihydroflavonoid glycoside [5], has a molecular formula of C28H34O15 and a density of 1.65 g/cm3. This product is an almost white or light yellow crystalline powder; Odorless and tasteless. Easily soluble in pyridine or dimethylformamide, insoluble in ethanol or water.
